The club's gym contains a range
of equipment: olympic weights and bars, three carpeted lifting
platforms, ER Squat racks, dumbbells, bench press, incline bench press, power rack, seated
row, lat pull down, glute ham raise machine, resistance bands, and heavy chains just to name a few.
Joining the club is easy, complete the online membership
application form and then pay at the gym or pay by internet bank
transfer. Our qualified strength and conditioning coaches and
powerlifting coaches provide tuition and instruction to all members.
For beginners we can teach you the correct technique and provide a
training program. If you have some experience and wish to
enter your first powerlifting competition, we can provide guidance and
assistance.
